Monday September 21st we start our next 5 week Instructor led Yoga session from 6:30 to 7:30pm. $30 for the 5 week session. Bring a water bottle, mats will be provided if you wish. You can come to the front entrance of the school and enter into the gym.

📣 Hi everyone! I’m Anastassia (Ana), a yoga instructor here in Langley & Surrey, BC.
I currently teach at multiple rec centres around the city, and I’m so excited to begin offering yoga at Langley Meadows Community School starting this January!
