Meadows Out of School Care is offering daily programs right here at Langley Meadows
Community School during Spring Break March 2026.

Monday January 5th we start our next 5 week Instructor led Yoga session from 6:30 to 7:30pm. $25 for the 5 week session. Bring a water bottle, mats will be provided if you wish. You can come to the front entrance of the school and enter into the gym.

Hi everyone! I’m Anastassia (Ana), a yoga instructor here in Langley & Surrey, BC. I’ve been teaching for over a decade and specialize in Yin, Restorative, Fitness Yoga, and foundational Ashtanga flow. My classes focus on mindful alignment, tuning into your body, and making yoga accessible for every level — whether you’re brand new or more experienced, there will always be variations and options for you.

I’m really looking forward to building a beautiful, supportive community together at Langley Meadows.
